SeaChange Therapeutics is dedicated to providing quality products and quality service. Many of our products are not really mainstream but are fantastic. We specialize in supplements that target specific health conditions such as compromised immune systems, joint and muscle pain, lung disease, breathing problems, heart health, compromised nervous systems, memory problems, skin conditions, upset stomachs, nosebleeds, and food poisoning. SeaChange Therapeutics founders have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and understand the necessity for supplements that target specific health conditions. We also have experience in supplements that may have been used to promote cell health and provide post-stem cell treatment supplements that may encourage engrafting and proliferation of stem cells.

Lost Packages?
If the tracking information says the package was delivered then this means USPS successfully delivered the package to the given address. Please check with housemates to see if they received the package and forgot to tell you. This happens more often than you think. USPS will NOT mark an order as delivered if it hasn't been, so please look carefully.
Package Sent to Wrong Address
If a package is sent to the wrong address and the order was placed online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will ship the order once the original package is returned to us. So please when ordering make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate to avoid delays in receiving your order.

Return Policy
if the product seal is not broken, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Include your name and address where you want the check sent. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted. No refunds are given on postage. Send all returns to SeaChange Therapeutics, Inc.. 11452 W Hampden Place, Denver CO 80227-4220. We recommend that you request tracking when shipping so you will know when we receive it. USPS includes this with their first class mail postage.

How do I return an item?
  RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
Products purchased through this website may be returned for a full refund (not including shipping and handling charges), less a 15 percent restocking fee, only if they are unopened and undamaged. All returns must be sent with a delivery confirmation and postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be paid by check within 7-10 business days after product has been received by SeaChange. Any claim related to damaged merchandise must be sent in writing to SeaChange Therapeutics, 11452 W Hampden Place, Denver CO 80227 within 5 days of receipt of delivery to Customer. The claim shall specify the nature of the damage in detail. Customer agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests to inspect or otherwise access the products in order to allow SeaChange Therapeutics to evaluate the claim. If SeaChange Therapeutics determines that any products are damaged, it shall replace the damaged products. No claims will be honored for products that are discarded by Customer before SeaChange Therapeutics is able to assess the damage. SeaChange Therapeuticís liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged product.
