Headaches and Migraines


New research shows that 50 to 60% of all headaches are produced by a mineral imbalance. Ands in one study 76% of people with severe headaches saw them completely vanish when they started taking 3,000 mgs of Magnesium and 400 mgs of Riboflavin daily.
