I attribute my better breathing and less shortness of breath to drinking Ashitaba twice a day. I drink it like a tea adding one tsp. to hot water. It works best for me first thing in the morning and then again before dinner or bedtime. I had never even heard of Ashitaba until a friend mentioned it and it WORKS big time for me.

I have been using Ashitaba for about 10 days.
I find the best way to take it is to place a tsp of Ashitaba in a coffee mug and then add 8 ounces of boiling water and stir. You can add honey or sweetener to taste.
I have noticed that my oxygen levels stay higher, my heart rate has dropped about 10 points, my heartburn/acid reflux has vanished, my eyesight has improved slightly, my 10:15pm nightly hot flashes have disappeared. I really do feel better all around. I can't wait to see the improvements in another month.
